Returns policy

The seller is ZIEGERT SRL, registered office at Str. Sfântul Petru Tei nr. 59, Sector 2, București, Romania, VAT / tax ID (CUI) RO35793880, Trade Register no. J40/3733/2016.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason and without penalty. This right arises from Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. The deadline

The 14 calendar days run from the day you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the products. If you ordered several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

2. How to notify withdrawal

Send an unequivocal statement through the contact form before the 14 days expire, with your order number. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We reply with the address where the products are to be sent back.

3. Exceptions — products that cannot be returned

The law provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal. For this shop, the following products cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene (Art. 16(e) of GEO no. 34/2014):

  • micropigmentation pigments, in bottles or tubes;
  • boosters, sealers, thinners and other liquid preparations.

These products can be returned only in their original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.

4. Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, complete, with all accessories and accompanying documents. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Who pays for return shipping

The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer, except where the product delivered was wrong or non-conforming — in that case return shipping is paid by the seller.

6. Refunds

We refund all payments received, including the original delivery cost (up to the cheapest standard delivery offered), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. The refund is made to the card you paid with, unless agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

7. Products damaged in transit

Check that the parcel is intact in the courier's presence. If the packaging is damaged, ask for a damage report to be drawn up and notify us within 24 hours, with photographs of the parcel and the products.

8. Complaints

If we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or use the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
